i don't see why a program would make such copyright violations which would be seen in matter of days. Additionally, the quality of the pictures i see from private.com (as posted) are horrible. That's the quality of pics that sublimedirectory was posting in 97. Doesn't make much sense to me.

Also, if you were already on notice that this bad apple was not using assigned content, how is it that after you canned him you didnt inspect all his work, including his work folders, to get a damage assessment of his rogue activities?

The minimum statutory damages for copyright infringement are $500 per image and go as high as $100k per image. I smell money damages galore here.

We definately don't approve of our pics being stripped of our copyright, and we have never sold our content. If you aren't an affiliate then you don't have permission to use our pics, especially if the copyright has been removed.

Well I was not concern with the *jokingly* at all but when I ask a person who contact me if you got the right to use CUMONHERFACE content I awaits her to ask about that and not ask just right out in the air "Do we have license on all our pictures?"

And I also asked her about the rodneymoore pictures...and I really hope ya have license for them because if not all hell will break loose.

GuerillaTraffic was using some of my images on the main tour of BukkakeBarn.com (this included the main large image)

I got the same story of the "rogue" designer
It doesn't fly with me... I hire designers every day...
They are only allowed to use my content.
I would never publish anything from a designer that I did not recognize as mine.

After a few days my images were replaced and I was assured that everything was taken care of and they signed up to my program.

The fucked up thing is, my images were replaced with what appears to be COHF images. Sort of blows the rogue designer excuse, eh?

I know all the COHF guys and their content is exlusive, just like mine.

Looks like there is no respect for anyone's copywright at GuerillaTraffic.

The fucked up thing is, my images were replaced with what appears to be COHF images. Sort of blows the rogue designer excuse, eh?
