have you yourself licensed one bit of content on that entire site?

where'd you rip off the porn star biographies?

beautiful site tho, i'll give you DeluxePass cockholsters that, there are some gorgeous sites.

i'm still waiting for the 'special licenses' that give affiliates the right to publish box covers, screencaps and the movies themselves on sites not owned by not operated by DeluxePass.

the hating you do on a daily basis for Clements program is hilarious. DP rocks and I guarantee Clement would do nothing to endanger that program. Take your hard on out of your pants and beat it for awhile, fuckin relax

If i licensed company A content that doesnt give them the rights to give Company B & C the content to use on their sites as well. The ownership of the domain proves that it isnt a Deluxepass site which will open this kid up to being sued.

As someone who grants licenses for DVD Content i would have sent a C&D letter out to this assclown because there is no contract between me and the owner of this domain to have my content up on it.

Whatever it is i'm SURE it dosnt grant the right for them to issue licenses to other companies.

Have you seen many licenses which allow for you to use the content you buy on your site as well as others?

Chances are the shit came from Adult Legal, which clearly states on their license "2] Payment of Royalty. Licensee will pay to Broker a one-time lifetime fee specified on the purchase invoice. This license allows Licensee to use the Product on all websites owned and operated by Licensee without any additional fees required. "

Lets just go over that and pull out the key part "...all websites owned and operated by Licensee without any additional fees required. "

Now i as you, is this site owned and operated by DP?

Lets see!!

Lets try to think this through logically.

RLD pulled their license from adult legal, what do you think the chances are of them giving rights to Deluxepass to license content from RLD out?

Do you think RLD/Adult legal would grant them a license to use the content on any domain owned/not owned by the company licensing the content? For as many domains as they want?

It doesnt work that way and if someone licensed content out under those conditions then deserve to be fired because they're a moron.

On a side note, i'd buy a license like that for thousands of DVDS.. just point me in the right direction

I think it was you who was saying the exact same shit for Adult Bouncer when their content licenses were in question..

Too bad they got sued and had to settle with JM Productions over copyright violations.

It's your dream..i'm only in it.

The program is deluxepass.com, not deluxpass.com. Deluxepass lists a PO box in Sioux Falls.

That doesnt matter too much.. the owner of either domain is not the owner of the domain with the content up, which is what it boils down to if/when someone gets sued.

You're right and i dont know the deal they have but what i DO know is what logic dictates..

Now tell me, do you think RLD gave them rights to sub license their content? Even after their termination of their agreement with adult legal?

Not too long ago RLD said they were not licensing content at the moment while they were restructuring their licensing and AFAIK they still are not licensing any content out yet.

Im not saying that they're using illegal content, for all i know the content can be served of the DP servers/hostname and as for the screen caps/box covers, I'm sure they're allowed to give out only so much for advertising needs.

If they're just a glorified reseller then i doubt it would be much of a problem but if they're serving their own content then it could possibly be.
