Playboy Cash 2.0 Questions
It said we cannot use the playboy or spice names in meta tags, urls ? and emails addresses or something about like that.
Just for clarification, what can we NOT do to get traffic to promote the programs ? For example, I know that Google will NOT let anyone use "Jenna" or "Jenna Jameson" to promote any of her sites. It is considered unauthorized use of the trademark name.

Would love to get clarifications on this as well. From my understanding, no reference to hardcore, no meta tags with playboy/playmate and no urls containing these TM's as well.

No trademarked terms in the domain name, not the entire URL
So www.somegallery.com/playboy/ would be allowed, but www.someplayboygallery.com would not At least thats my take on it |
