I've lost 5 pounds on the poker diet!

Before I started playing poker, I used to watch an hour or two of TV every night and when I watch TV, I snack or eat a big meal.

Now, I play poker every night, and I eat a small meal so I don't have to poop in the middle of a game, and no snacks because I don't have time to go downstairs since I use the game breaks to pee.

I've lost 5 pounds in a couple weeks and I think my stomach has shrunk because I feel full on a lot less food now.

Now that it's starting to warm up in Indiana, I'm going to add nightly walks to my schedule, and see if I can lose another 10 pounds next month.

Then 10 pounds after that and I should be in good shape.

Naaa...I'm playing for free.

I still get bored sometimes if I play more than one tourney a night and when I get bored, I usually start playing silly.

I've got 4 top 10 finishes so far this week though.
