Its the big corporations you need to worry about, not him. The company I work for moved 90% of its manufacturing to 3rd world countries over the last 5 years. Cost cutting adds has saved hundreds of millions of dollars.

The price for this ? Laying off about 3000 American Employees.

Everyone better wake up quick. Corporations operate globally now. The jobs go to the best workers at the lowest cost per hour. Its that simple. They do not give a fuck if the workers are here or in China or in India or wherever.

In some of the businesses I'm a partner in the emps average from $4,000 to $6,000 per month. So its not like everything I do is overseas. But as a businessman overseas labor has become extremely attractive recently, I have to admit.

I want to ask do you own sites , and if so you are telling us then all the models are from the usa and not any other for the fact that 95% of allother countrys you can and we do shoot for much less then the usa ,

next i am one of the owners of xxxoutsourcing and i can tell you that our guys are paid more then what the reg pay here is and are very happy for what we do , i treat them very good and they treat me just as well .
People bitch keep in the usa , i have seen many people get job offers and bitch and wouldnt take for they thknk they should get much much more they reather not work if they not get .

Actually, if you look at it from an outside point of view... USA is the richest country in the world; and it can afford to offer a very good quality of life for its unemployeed people. On the other side, you have a poor country like India where a bunch of people are dying from hunger and living in shitty conditions. If I have to give 1$ and need to choose between an American and an Indian, "any human with a heart would choose to help the" poor people/country, not the richest. It's like of you want to give 1$ and have to choose between a bum and Bill Gates, who will you choose? You're mixing 2 things here, you're not talking about heart but patriotism..

never paid for hourly suport from India, but in regards to offshore tech outsourcing, I did pay 600 a month for a guy from the Ukraine and I KNOW I was paying about 100-200 too much for him...

...compared to the local/going rates from a few others I know that hire from the same region...with similiar skills/background/etc...

yep I see lots of people complain there are no jobs but they won't take what is there. I work in a gas station besides my online stuff. I hate it but it is a job.

i would think it would be impossible to run a business and expand without outsourcing.

you need cheap labour to do monkey work while you concentrate on ideas and making more money.
