I feel for you, back pain is the worst thing ever. I went to see one of those (cant spell it) ciroprats ;-) for a month he straightened me out and have done shed loads of excersise since to aviod any laspes.....its worked so far :-)

I constantly have sharp pains in my wrists, Anyone know what this is? is it that computer disease? my wrists crack all the time and feels like they are gonna fall apart

go get it tested for repetitive strain injury. I had a similar thing in the elbow of my mouse hand a couple years back.
