I feel for you, back pain is the worst thing ever. I went to see one of those (cant spell it) ciroprats ;-) for a month he straightened me out and have done shed loads of excersise since to aviod any laspes.....its worked so far :-)

Add a few drops of ginger oil to a bath and soak :thumbsup

well I'm managing to sit up straight now so hopefully on the mend.

I constantly have sharp pains in my wrists, Anyone know what this is? is it that computer disease? my wrists crack all the time and feels like they are gonna fall apart:(

I am sorry to hear about your back. Are you getting adjustments from a chiro ?

go get it tested for repetitive strain injury. I had a similar thing in the elbow of my mouse hand a couple years back.

i get some Swedish massage, best for back pains. now i know how it feels after posting almost 4K, 6+hrs a day.
