webair problems
Yes, when I first started hearing about webair I heard they were a great company with great support that gets problems done right away. When I submit a trouble ticket it takes like 2 days or more, and when I am on the live java chat in the members area, I always ask my question and then the person doesnt respond. Whats going on?

PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE.
I host with Nat Net. Their customer support rocks. However, rarely a day goes by when I don't talk to them on the phone for what ever reason. Chatboards and ICQ are not really proper forums for support.
