webair problems

Yes, when I first started hearing about webair I heard they were a great company with great support that gets problems done right away. When I submit a trouble ticket it takes like 2 days or more, and when I am on the live java chat in the members area, I always ask my question and then the person doesnt respond. Whats going on?

I had several problems there, all caused by myself. All problems were solved at once contacting them in the java chat. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit because the operator isn´t a machine. He needs some time checking up the problem.

PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE.

I host with Nat Net. Their customer support rocks. However, rarely a day goes by when I don't talk to them on the phone for what ever reason.

Chatboards and ICQ are not really proper forums for support.

My stuff is resolved asap.

Live Chat i get the person and within few minutes evrything is resolved

I blew up a HD in my server and before i even called them they were aware of it and already in the middle of putting in a new HD
