Well if you take it from GFY, then Acacia at any given time is taking their last breath.
For every court date and development in the cases, it means sure doom for Acacia. How many times did we hear that the markman hearing would be the end of them? FTP is the one who turned that into a huge event, and it ended up being a bunch of nothing. |
