Anything going on with them and the courts?

Sex drugs and rock'n roll. They're partying with the licensing fees they're paid like it's 99 in the dot.com years...

If left to a jury, the DMT patent ? or at least its applicability to the Internet - would be overturned, IMHO.

Well if you take it from GFY, then Acacia at any given time is taking their last breath.

For every court date and development in the cases, it means sure doom for Acacia.

How many times did we hear that the markman hearing would be the end of them? FTP is the one who turned that into a huge event, and it ended up being a bunch of nothing.

Their stocks doing pretty good :(
