I just did a search at Sponsors List.com and found 130 Sponsors amongst the 800+ sponsors in the database that have Asian sites and you can then look for the ones specialising in Japanese porn. Just use the Search feature and under Categories, select Asian, and anything else you may require (Hosted Galleries...).
