Dell UltraSharp 2000FP LCD

One year later, my LCD monitor is dead.
Now comes the hassle of dealing with Dell Support over return, repair or whatever warranty will cover.

Damn, I just got the 1900 LCD model and the 18" LCD TV. Let us know how Dell does on their return policy. I was kinda skeptical seeing that their onsite warranty was 35% of the price so I forwent getting it on the monitors.

I have rarely ever had any problems with my Dell stuff, but the couple of times I did, they were extremely cool about things. Maybe you will have it as easy as I did with them. Now Sony is a completely different story for me, which is exactly why I went to Dell.

I got my dell ultrasharp 2001 Feb. 4th and so far I'm loving it, Im already starting to think of a dual monitor setup, even though I have no real practical use for it.

Called about the monitor. On the phone maybe 10 minutes, answered a few questions about the monitor.

New one being shipped out right away. Then I slip my faulty one in the box and send it back.

Easy.
