just to let every one know it seems like the signup4cash.com mail program is closed for now, but the pay per paid sign up is still runnin.
still waiting for the past mail payments

There is too much fraud for us to control with our current resources, and therefore, we have no choice but to disable it, as it is hugely unprofitable for us. So, as of today, no sales will count. I see a lot of 4free programs quickly going this route. Not just because of fraud but because of the major ISPs filtering as well.
