howdy,

we (amvc.com) are looking to start making content from our videos, but don't have the knowledge or man/woman power to make that happen.

the content would need to be derived directly from the dvd (clips, pics, etc?). all of our vids are amateur, therefore the quality of the content will be lower quality than pro stuff (some worse/better than others). this would probably make the content sell a tad cheaper than professionally done content, but i'm fairly certain would still demand a buying audience.

we'd love to find someone who's experienced at creating content on the fly. we'd send the dvd(s) to him/her and they'd make the content, send it to us completely ready to go on cd (or whatever media's appropriate nowadays) and, in turn, we'd let them use that content on x number of sites they own forever (forever, with certain terms of course). they could not resell the content, but would be able to use the content on their membership sites in payment for helping us create it for resell.

so....is this a decent offer? do we have our heads up our asses? please give input (only if you're experienced in dealing with creating and selling content, please).
