i agree... FruityLoops will do what you need and is very easy. it comes with a plethora of sounds, and you can download more.
Acid Pro is also very easy. You get buy Acid loop CDs and mix and match it. |

Fruityloops (FLStudio) is awesome.
If you really get into mixing check out Reason or Sonar. Both are great programs.
