We did spend money, time and bloodshed looking for Bin Laden. Also it's funny how people think Bush is horrible for Iraq, but they are the same people who didn't say anything when Clinton bombed Kuwait, Somalia and one other place I can't remember. Also if Bush didn't go into Iraq and 6 months from now a terrorist unleashes a chemical weapon in a New York subway and kills 10,000 people and the weapon got traced back to Iraq, then everyone who protested the war would have been saying "He should have gone in there when he had the chance" it was a catch 22 and he did the safest thing.
