CCBILL doesn't send 1099's - at least I don't think they do...
see - they work for YOU, not the other way around... so they don't actually HAVE to produce 1099's

No, the SHOULDN'T. Think about it for a second...
They are NOT paying you. The are accepting CREDIT CARDS for you. It is YOUR money. Do you think VISA sends 1099 to all merchants that use them?? EDIT TO ADD: To be clear, ccbill does not send 1099's. Never have. Never will. |

I personally think that anybody that files income for you through the IRS SHOULD send you a 1099 form, but that's just my opinion

Why aren't the sponsor programs required to issue 1099s?
If CCBILL is only a cc processor service then ultimately it is the SPONSOR that is paying the AFFILIATE a commission on sales and they have a responsibility to issue the 1099. Right?
