It shouldn't be a shock that folks are selling this stuff...you can get a lot of it yourself thorugh the freedom of information act.
Shit, we probably trianed the folks working on these projects in U.S. Graduate programs. This is 50 year old technology.

The technology is old. I always thought obtaining the materials was more the difficult factor then to acquire the knowledge.
Regardless, the delivery methond is also a very important factor. And that technology is far more advanced. ICBM, Nuclear submarine, Stealth Bomber, you would almost need one of those to deliver a bomb
