I feel bad for her but I can understand why CBS would have to do this. They are going to be fined something like 1.7 million for each broudcast channel they own or something like that.

Don't believe the very misleading news.

She was supposed to present an award to Luther Vandross, but he is sick and won't be attending. So there is no spot for Janet now, and that is the real reason why she isn't going on the show.

It just creates a better news story for the media if they imply she won't be there because of the flashing.

Here in LA, the shop in Hollywood that designed the article of clothing said there was NO MALFUNCTION, it came off as it was supposed to do. Id believe the maker of the outfit before some washed up singer looking to top Brit and Madonnas kiss.
