Anyone got experience with any? I want decent targetting, good delivery rates and I don't want to get burned. Any mainstream webmaster boards that discuss this sort of thing?

Sex.com has geo-targeted and keyword specific traffic. It works for many, if you want to take a test run, I'll give you a nice bonus. We have Casino traffic also. Let me know.
