My wife is petite and she has only gained 17 Lbs.

She is due Feb 29th.

We just had that GE 4-D Ultrasound done and they put the baby at 5 1/2 lbs.

Cool device they use. Gave us 45 pics on a CD and 45 minutes wirth of video showing the procedure. Looks just like the baby when it's born.

Wow she's tiny..... She's naturally petite though and the baby probably will be too if that's the case.. She's the exception, though, not the rule by any means :)

You think a woman actually LOOSES all the weight the second the baby comes out??? I don't see anywhere it says she gained the weight AFTER, but regardless does it matter? I know I wasn't allowed to move around or excersize for 8 months after each of my other children because I had c-sections and would hemorage. I gained a few pounds after (and I actually lost during my pregnancy). So am I not normal? Cripes.. I don't get why all of a sudden all the men on this board seem to think they know everything :P

well I am guessing you don't have access to her medical records to know if there is a reason she put on that amount of weight whilst pregnant. Also, you expect her to drop 70lbs in one month?

lol why women cant admit that there's some pregnant women that eat like pigs!?! Pregnancy, having 2, 3 kids is now the #1 excuse for women who gained weight!! Funny thing we see tons of women that remained slimed after having 1, 2 ,3 kids... Funny also how north-american women gain more weight after their pregancies than european women.... mmmh.. can it be the junk food, icecream?!?!
