I just wonder how she is fighting this ticket. Hell, if there were no rules for public nudity and alcohol being present..we would have alot more titty bars..titty bars get slammed hard with the rules..fuck, some titty bars make sure you are dressed on the floor if you are not dancing.

Personally, I think that's one of the worst decisions to make... is to let your girl shoot with others. Then their lil head gets filled and they forget. It also devalues the content, when she's posted all over other sites. Curious to see the outcome

A person naked in public is obscene. A patron naked in a bar is not covered for the most part. A person naked in public (outdoors, in a bar, whatever) while being photographed is protected speach. There might be statues or ordinances out there saying different, but they are, in my opinion, unconstitutional.

The County Prosecutor failed to file the charges with the courts within 24 hours, and so the court date is no more.

This could be good or bad. (examples below)

Good: They won't be filing....

Bad: They are working on a bigger case against her...
