Looking for Recording equipment advice - GoFuckYourself.com

Howdy everyone.. I have a friend that is needing some decent quality recording equipment.. Stuff like a decent recording rig, parabolic mics, cameras, and lighting.. Wondering if anyone that does shoots with equipment like this, or if you know of a better solution, could share your knowledge of what to use, what is the best deal as far as quality/cost is concerned. Also where to buy it for the best deal.. My m8 is in the UK, incase that is a factor..

I apprecaite anything you guys can do to help..

Film all my stuff pro nowdays, use some good cameras in my rig

well good to get some good mic's a mixer console or PC based mixing software, this takes some time just like anything, best thing is to do some testing before you shoot the project as you can mess up your sound if you dont have a good ear and technical background.
