Awww, poor baby... hot hot shower .. steam usually helps me .. and then when you can breathe a little you can try afrin or some nose spray .. and sudefed ..

im right there with ya. i've been using a humidifier and that helps for a few minutes anyway. Hope you feel better soon.

Buy Xylitol sugar (online probably unless you live in a big metro area) and grapeFRUIT seed extract..
Buy one of those sinus spray steroid dispenser things.... cheapest you can find... dump it out & wash it out with soap and water. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon xylitol sugar, 2 drops of grapefruit seed extract & fill the sprayer with distilled or heaviliy filtered/purified bottled water. There ya go. Google for +sinus +xylitol |
