your best bet would be to include a copy of the ids/and releases on the cd.. use photoshop to erase the actual address/phone/ss numbers.. dL numbers.. etc.. leave the legal first name.. all stage names. and date of birth...

this would at least prove that the documents do exist... and would not compromise the models safety...

if you're going to run a contest, you better be prepared to give the prize, even if you don't like any of the designs. it's a risk you took, and you didn't follow through. all these designers took their time to do something for you and you said fuck you to all of them.

so if I am the guy who has a chance to make 1 mil from a contest to throw a footbal through the tire during a halftime event... I practice for months to get my aim down then I miss should they still pay me for my time that I practiced?

you missed. that's your problem. the condition of the prize was to make the shot. it would be a different story if you made the shot and they didn't give you the prize because they didn't like how you threw.
