your best bet would be to include a copy of the ids/and releases on the cd.. use photoshop to erase the actual address/phone/ss numbers.. dL numbers.. etc.. leave the legal first name.. all stage names. and date of birth...

this would at least prove that the documents do exist... and would not compromise the models safety...
