I can't get enough coffee. When I get the shakes I switch to decaf. Coffee is mainly morning/afternoon for me, late night is all about tea...

Its funny, every "healer" from holistic to medical doctors will tell you to not drink cofee. especially the holistic ones.
i feel better since i quit drinking cofee.

Man, the coffee debates will rage for years to come. Studies come out showing benefits, and then studies come out showing dangers. I remember a study linking it to pancreatic cancer many years ago, but that proved to be bogus. It does raise your BP (temporarily), dehydrates and is addicting as hell. I hate the high/low cycle I get when I'm drinking too much.

Most days I drink 4-6 cups...
I've been trying to drink Yerba Mate as a replacement, and although it makes you feel awake and refreshed, it doesn't have that kick. Tommorow morning I'm going back on coffee... fuckit. I've been guzzling diet Coke like water anyway  |

I drink a few cups. But you have to know that a few cups of Italian made coffee are worth much more than 3 cups of that water type American coffee.
