I loooooooove coffee!!!

Would give up cigarettes before coffee anyday, which i;m probably gonna give up soon anyways!! i'm pretty drunk rght now, so i'm making a lot a spelling erros cuz i;m too lazy to fully lift my fingers up to tupe. and i'm tired and hungry. maybe a coffee will cure me...

Man, the coffee debates will rage for years to come. Studies come out showing benefits, and then studies come out showing dangers. I remember a study linking it to pancreatic cancer many years ago, but that proved to be bogus. It does raise your BP (temporarily), dehydrates and is addicting as hell. I hate the high/low cycle I get when I'm drinking too much.

I've been trying to drink Yerba Mate as a replacement, and although it makes you feel awake and refreshed, it doesn't have that kick.

Tommorow morning I'm going back on coffee... fuckit. I've been guzzling diet Coke like water anyway
