Wasn't there an article somewhere where Napster was suing people that use this phrase?

It's still all over the place. I see it in Google Adwords a lot, like 2nd adword on a search for "porn", going to the site napster-of-porn.com, which even uses Napsters logo unaltered.

I wonder how quickly google would be hypocrites and stop "The google of porn"
 ... they review every adword eventually so it's unlikely the napster stuff just slipped past them. |

napster of porn was cool and converted free trials well.
also, napster was hardly a company that can complain about copyright or trademark infringement.

On that note... are peoples names trademarked or protected?
ie if someone were to use... "The Bill Gates of plumbing!" "The Donald Trump of Swimming pools" That reminds me of a couple commonly used examples... The cadillac of ___________ The mercedes of __________ |
