Why CEcash doesnt allow Argentina?
Im just wondering...
Why they dont accept webmasters from Argentina? And not only this one, I found more sponsors than doesnt make payouts to that country..

cecash also closes accounts for sending them mad traffic..
Not 1 place in the terms did it say no Paris Hilton Traffic, but after X ammount, the account got closed.. skip them and use a diff sponser
