Which content management tool is the benchmark for paysites? Are the big guys using proprietry software or stuff that has been tailor made?

What kind of content management do you actually refer to?
Management tools for content sellers, for your own content or content you put on paysites (i.e. member-area management) I have the last one, built by myself, with an intergrated management system for the content i bought
