It seems to be reliable, but you can have one url, only that receives all your traffic. The web interface is sort of difficult to work with, but it is ok.

The maximum you can pay your affiliates is 50% gross. This could end up being a severe limitation, especially if you have some affiliates sending you a lot of signups and want to reward them.
