Is there an Adult Adsense type program ? Something like signing up at one central location and adding some code to all my sites. Then I get paid a percentage of profits for clicks from one sponsor, the ad site. The ad site gets paid from people who bid for the traffic and pay per click. The ad sponsor automatically spiders my sites and targets the pages to sponsors, all the while optimizing it for the best CTRs and payouts.

dollars.com might offer something along those lines, not sure how many people they have in the program tho.

We have tons of sites and products in the program. The only problem is that we only allow Sponsors into the exchange, not webmasters.

take a look yourself, it doesn't work exactly like AdSense, but it also leads the surfer to payed textlinks that match the keyword he clicked on, and the webmaster gets 65% of the bidding amount.
