tell me about it ... an hour to move 15 miles on 1-95 ... i dont mind the snowbirds though, theres a lot of 20-somethings who come down yearly looking to cheat on their boyfriends up north, and aside from the occasional 100 year old quebecois going 45 on the interstate, they do basically nut a shitload of the states income.
