Yeah I hear you about the withdrawls... I almost think they are engineered to bring on, or threaten, a massive panic attack when you try to quit. To scare you into staying on them.
Despite what some people say, a lot of people here on GFY are very intelligent, creative people - with very active minds.
This can sometimes be a double edge sword - it's not good if you turn it on yourself.
Anyway if you do ever plan to get off the drugs... don't do it cold turkey. Do it with some help and understanding - read that book, and maybe a couple others if you want.
The knowledge you gain from them will act as hand-holders for when you decide you want to try to ween yourself from the drugs.
And whatever you do, when you quit them...if at all possible - don't expect a panic attack come one or constantly be looking for it.... because we usually find things we're looking for.
