reccomend water cooling solution

It's high time I protected my investment with some serious cooling. I have already burned out way too much hardware in the past 2 years to just let it slide.

After a day's research I have came to find these three solutions.

Looks like it could fry my damn cdrom drives as it exasut straight up. Also has poorer performance due to small design. But pirice is under 200 CAD

This looks easy to upgrade and add more blocks to it as needed. Also they seem to be teh best water block makers.

review at http://www.a1-electronics.net/Heatsi...uIII_pg2.shtml says it all. Good performance. Easy instalation. ONly thing, no mention, is it posisible to add mroe blocks to it? Or would the outbaord unit not be able to keep up with the extra blocks. Priced around $400 CAD

same as one above but internal. What I like abotu this is it is possible to add more radiators if need be. But the waterblock is not copper Buddy of mine's roomy has this kit, doesn't perform well if no additional case fans are used. Priced around $200 CAD localy.

or

what seems to catch my eyes the most so far and for only 250 CAD

review on similar model http://www.tomshardware.com/cpu/20011029/index.html
I would still have to buy a water block for the cpu as it is not included. This one here looks best for like 50 CAD

What do you guys think? Which would I be best with getting as fas as upgradability goes with adding more blocks and quality of cooling all vs price?
