I don't think ANYONE wants as much government intervention 'as possible' in ANY form, either conservatives or liberals. We just want as much as is necessary, and that's where the two philosophies differ.

I think conservatives are insane for somehow not noticing however, that the Republican Party is far more economically and socially intrusive than the current democratic party.

As far as anarchy goes, I don't think you would like it as much as you think you would. In the words of Hobbes, life without the social contract would be "No arts, no letters, no society, and which is worst of all, continual fear and danger of violent death, and the life of man solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short."

I'd have to go with Anarchist. But not the Communist type Anarchist, the keep government away from everything type Anarchist.

I consider fiscal to be part of social not seperate from it. I would say the freedom to live your life how you choose includes the freedom to make as much money as possible and to make your own choices what to do with it.

That having been said I think it's wrong to live an opulent lifestyle having millions or billions sitting in the bank while people are starving all over the world. I just don't think it's governments responsibility to play robin hood, to make you generous against your will. That should be a personal decision.
