Incorporated in US but need Principal... where to get that?

So, im canadian and incorporated in the States... I have a lawyer reprensenting my company in Delaware, have my EIN.. etc... However this person doesnt want to give out his personal info like (passport, credircard# or SSN#)... to CCBill or whoever...

Is there any company out there that offer to represent your company in the states.. be the primary person and give out personal info to cc processing companies..?

Canadians using CCbill.. how did you manage that?

I think the kind of service you're looking for is called a resident agent. I think if you do a search on google and look for a resident agent in Delaware. They should be able to take care of anything you need in that department. Basically they act as your US liason for any matters like that.

A resident agent will probably not cough up their SSN etc. to CCBill for running a porn site. They usually just act on behalf of the company.

thats a completely different issue. a company is required to have a resident agent/office in the state where it is registered to do business. basically just a forwarding address in the event of legal correspondence.

thats not the same as someone being a member to an LLC and answering to the IRS and bearing any legal liability for the business of the company.

Sounds like you need someone with that info to give up (SSN, drivers license) to be on your board of directors...

I'm curious how other people in Canada have handled this situation.

If it is not too late, have you considered INC. in the EU?
If you have not dumped too much money to INC in the states, you might want to cut your losses and go for a corp in the EU.
You could probably have one set up by the time you find a principal in the US.
Good luck!
