Woot, something Ive finally gotten going after 6 months of working on it,

we're looking at 7 in home servers all over at least 1 Terabyte of space, running Freebsd, Group retention is 14 days , Im just throwing the idea out there since I know alot of people have a setup like this and Ive talked to a few that says it holds members retention longer.

We right now are sucking a little more then 600k groups but I might go for the full forced feed of over 700k.

Let me know your opinions...

This will be for 100% anon... possibly "spam" friendly usenet server (since, well fuck theyre my servers and hosted for a flat fee in a data center less then 5 miles from my house) I AM the isp for this

As someone just asked on icq, yes we will be selling access to this like any other usenet provider on the net.

Not all of Usenet is stolen content, Some is, some isnt.

Usenet has been here longer then the internet has, it gets more hits a day then most mega portals do.
