Needs a lot of improvement, but I have seen worst kick in major traffic so go figure..

The file size of that "hood rat" graphic is way to big. Its 165KB! Whatever graphic you're going to use, it should be no bigger than 30KB.

(Btw, I think search engines will penalize your site for all that "invisible" text on the bottom of your page)
