How do you transfer from .mov format to .mpeg?
the only way I know how to do it is to go from .mov to .avi and THEN to .mpeg, but thats a pain in the ass.
anyone know how to go right from mov to mpg? |

if you have QuickTime Player, you can convert the .MOV to .MPG with TMPGEnc and QTReader

Use TPMGEnc and they have a quicktime codec for the program. Then you can convert from .mov to .mpeg
thats a better explanation Get TMPGEnc and get the Quicktime codec for TPMGEnc

You can also use Cleaner to do it. Cleaner is now a Discreet product, but maybe you can still get a 5.x copy from somewhere. It also comes with Adobe Premiere, but only the "Light" version.
