Hooper how can you do this without registering as high risk? The 'subscription' part is what makes it high risk according to the merchant bank.

Id like to know how you got around it because I tried to do the same thing with another type of product (not software) and due to the recurring 'club' charges they said you have to register as high risk.

Also what methods do you plan to use to fight off refund requests/chargebacks when you turn the rebilling function on.

we recently decided not to recur people. we never have recurred anybody, it was just an option we had left ourselves in the t&c.

i'd tell you why we're not high risk....

but then i'd have to kill you ;-)
