I built that from scratch and even 3d Modeled the the logo portion. I made a print capable version of it as well.
Only thing he provided was some stupid photo of a video camara that ya see in the behind the logo.

Its not one of the best I ever done thats for sure but then what ya expect for a dead beat who says the check is in the mail while you bust ass for em?
That design is a little over 2 years old to give you an idea of how long this little bitch has been scamming webmasters.
