If so I have a question is there a market for reselling these things yet and if so what kind of $$ are they bringing/worth.

I thought of buying some .cy domains, but it's impossible(just .com.cy and some other third level domains are for sale).
The reason? We have a problem here(in Czech rep) with keyboards. SOme people are used to US keyboard and some to czech(where Y and Z have switched position), so many times(when working on someone's computer) the misspell takes place(you write .cy when you want .cz). It should be a very good bussiess, but the .cy registrant rejected my offer of $500 per 2nd level domain. Some people buys .tv or .ws, but I don't like these.
