hmm i havent heard of any al-queda members executed without a trial at all. If they did this , then its wrong. But i havent ever heard of this before. Nor have i heard of any other people ordered killed by the usa. Perhaps you could share this information with us as no media has been reported about such things ??

Wheelchair or not, he's not an easy person to bring to justice. You apparently watch the news at random. In Afganistan airstrikes were ordered...on multiple occasions against vehicles suspected of transporting al Qaeda members. Sometimes it was al Qaeda members in the vechicles...sometimes not. In at least one instance an airstrike was ordered by a remote control aircraft against a vehicle suspected of transporting al Qaeda leaders...and in this instance they were correct...two top echelon leaders were killed among others in the vehicle. State of the art execution. I repeat...goverments kill their enemies...just as individuals do...and has been the case since the human animal came into being. Sometimes they are tried by military tribunal...sometimes by the justice system...sometimes they are terminated with prejudice. Nothing new about any of this.

You seem to prefer trial by court for enemies...and this is sometimes the case...but the usual method is to kill the enemy.

The footage i saw was of heavily armed troop transport vehicles being bombed as they fled the area.

The point was...and is...the US executed what it perceived to be its enemies...in other strikes in Afghanistan...the target did not always prove to be al Qaeda. This is not the first period of time that the US has executed its enemies and will not be the last. The Phoenix Program in Vietnam (a covert operation...lengthy in term) was used to summarily execute thousands. I understand that you think killing enemies without trial is wrong...not a unique idea...and is seldom applied.

And the men were carrying explosives in the car so they were actively planning an attack.

I never asked for any american law to be used. I told you exactly how to try him and how to convict him legally as the international law says you must.

I never stated that i intended to go arrest the guy, Im not sure what your asking there , but he goes to the mosque quite regularly if they want to arrest him he isnt going to be running away anywhere. Walk up slap the cuffs on say your under arrest put him in jail. Doesnt seem so hard to do.

1.Regarding your first note I don't think it is reasonable to assume this. USA is a country built out of immigrants from Europe so I don't see any difference between Jews or French or German or African Americans and cant assume that they will be effected from thier home land etc...
