I think your all still missing the point . They are planning on murdering an old guy that has never killed anyone and so far no proof i have seen he planned or ordered any killings either.

So it boils down to guilt by association. That doesnt sound like grounds for cold blooded murder to me.

Lets say the guy was a sniper that sniped innocent people every week and he admitted to it on palestinian tv , then maybe i could understand a co-ordinated hit or arrest and then a trial.

But as it stands , they just launch missiles into an apartment complex or a crowded street , with no regard for children or innocent people near by. Just to target some old guy because he preches hate.

In order to know its not just some hyped up crap we need to have judges and trials and sentances. We cant just arbitrarliy murdewr people because of what they say.

I am not entirely sure of the laws of the "palestinians" but according to this guy's behavior, I'd think that they don't really have laws about trials or the death penalty. I mean he did order the deaths of other people and all. It would only seem appropriate.
