If you don't want people to use check cashing places, say that in your terms. Sure it's a red flag, but that's all it is, a flag, not proof. 4 signups cancelling is not unheard of in this industry. If he's carding or some shit and you have proof, that's another story, but if his signups are legit then you should pay him.

Who gives a fuck about shaving? You'll never be able to prove it (well, almost never) and you'll probably never know who shave and who don't. You should just go with best returns per click if you want to maximize your income.

What I'm talking about are the webmaster programs with a long history of paying affiliates and not going belly up... in other words, knowing for sure you'll get your check at the end of the month.
