verizon dsl smtp server problems

for anyone who has verizon dsl...
do you know any way to get outlook to send mail with verizons mail server but using MY domains as the sending address... it only works if i send mail from @verizon.net
any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't use that virus atteracting email program, but you should be able to designate verizon as the smtp and use your own return address . . . they have nothing to do with each other . . . or get rid of Outlook and use Eudora and eliminate all your troubles

Obviously, enter your mail servers , like :

mail.mydomain.com


If this is done and it doesn;t work, check if your mail server runs also on port 26. If so, in advance, change the port to 26.

well when i use verizons outgoing server outgoing.verizon.net, it wont send mail from any domain not @verizon.net. i made it authenticate the server but that didnt work... any ideas?
