I wonder...is it possible to quit smoking cigarettes for the rest of my life or is it going to be the same bullshit struggle! I quit for a year and a half. Now It has been a few days ,I can't sleep (WTF) It sucks!!

My mom quit smoking for 25 years and just recently started back up. The cravings get less but never really go away. Try a good cigar occationally I find that's a great pleasure and immense help.

I met a guy once that had quit for 30 years and He still want a cigarette

I only lasted 6months then started again
